Land Surveyor in Hampshire I am a Fellow of the RICS and Royal Institute of Navigation. Although I work mainly as an expert witness on boundaries, I also lecture as a Visiting Lecturer at l 'Ecole supérieure des géomètres et topographes (ESGT) in Le Mans and an Honorary Research Associate at UCL.
Within the RICS I am a member of the Boundaries and Party Walls Working Group. In addition to this, I am an Auditor, Chair and Assessor for the RICS APC.
Academic Writing I write the legal column in Geomatics World, the journal of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for those involved with land and hydrographic surveys. Alongside this, I have written many academic and professional articles, including case reviews for 'Casetrack'.
I have gained an MSc in Geodesy from the University of Oxford, a postgraduate diploma in Law (CPE) with commendation, and an MA in Law with Distinction both from Bournemouth University. I am also a Chartered IT Professional and have obtained the Cardiff University Bond Solon Certificate in Expert Witness in the EU.
I have worked as an expert witness in England, Wales, Scotland, the Republic of Ireland, Germany and Singapore. Furthermore, I have spent time as a lawyer in Slovenia prior to their joining the EU.
